Raphael Simon is an LL.B. & MLW from Gujarat University. He has over 25 years of experience in HR&IR, OD and General Management in reputed companies like Cadila HealthCare, Core Emballage and Khira Steel Works.Over the years he has successfully handled numerous labour law cases and solved deadlocks between management and workers.
He has participated and conducted several high impact programmes like Employee Motivation, Talent Development,Corporate Communication, Leadership Development etc.
His core strength is aligning HR & IR to overall vision of an organization and developing HR Department as a strategic partner in growth of an organization.
Eric Simon is a management graduate from Bangalore University. He has over 8 years of experience working in Telecom industry and not-for-profit organizations.
His strength area lies in setting up full-fledged Human Resource Departments in medium and large organizations, designing OD interventions, Strengthening transformational side of HR Dept, Business Process Mapping, Develop Performance Management Systems and HR MISs etc.
Prakash Francis is a management graduate from ICFAI University. He has over 6 years of expeirence working in HR department in Telecom and Retail sector.
His strength lies in handling day-to-day activities of human resource department, including statutory compliance. He has excellent inter personal skills which come in very handy while dealing with industrial relations issues. He takes care of entire Central Gujarat region including Ananad, Baroda and Halol.
